Fitting

These Parts Are Replacement Parts – They Are Not Supplied As Original Equipment Parts (O/E)

Not Supplied As Original Equipment Parts (O/E) Make sure surface is clean and completely free from any old foam parts that are being replaced.

• It is recommended that the replacement parts are dry fitted first – this is to ensure that you are familiar with the area being covered
• Spray the replacement part with a coating of adesive (foam side) – let this dry fully – (foam is porous and will absorb the glue easily)
• Spray area to be covered and replacement part (foam side) – allow glue to go tacky to touch – you are now ready to install replacement part

Tips

Because foam is very malleable you will need to smooth the replacement part into position across surface ensuring a good tight fit- it is important to remember that this material will stretch and contract.
